If for any reason you decide that you do not want to continue with your subscription, you can cancel it on the Website, on your account Dashboard. The charge is taken at the start of each monthly period and thus you will continue to receive client instructions until the end of such subscription period.
From time to time, we may offer different subscription terms. The fees for such subscriptions may vary. Except as set out below, the subscription fees are non-refundable.
Monthly plans will automatically renew on a monthly basis until cancelled by you.
If you fail to cancel your subscription before it reaches its renewal date, then your subscription will automatically renew. You authorise us (without notice) to collect the applicable subscription fees using any valid payment source we have on record for you.
Monthly subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
A TheSimplyLegal marketing monthly plan will advertise you as a law practitioner in front of clients wishing to instruct their case to you using our 'Find And Instruct Lawyers' functionality. The service is charged on a monthly rolling basis.
If you are enrolled in the TheSimplyLegal marketing monthly plan, you may choose to cancel your plan at any time before the date of the next monthly renewal. If you do so, you will be charged to the end of the month, during which time you will continue to have access to the Website and services. Except as set out below, there are no refunds or credits for partial months.
A monthly subscription plan gives you advertisement visibility in front of clients wishing to instruct their case to lawyers. The service is charged on a monthly rolling basis and can be cancelled at any time.
If you are enrolled in a TheSimplyLegal monthly plan, and fail to provide a full subscription payment on time, we reserve the right to deem such a failure as notice of cancellation and cancel your account immediately. Further, if we are unable to charge your designated payment method for any reason, we reserve the right to automatically downgrade your paid plan to a lower-priced plan or to suspend your paid subscription until your designated payment method can be charged again.
If you stop paying for your account, we reserve the right to cancel it immediately. If you are unable to change your designated payment method, we reserve the right to downgrade you or suspend your subscription until we can charge you again.
Any personal information you provide to us via the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
